Our History
Texchem-Pack Holdings (S) Ltd is the holding company for Texchem-Pack (M) Bhd, the intermediate holding company of our other subsidiaries namely Texchem-Pack (Thailand) Co., Ltd, Texchem-Pack (Johor) Sdn Bhd, Texchem-Pack (PP) Sdn Bhd, Texchem-Pack (KL) Sdn Bhd, Texchem-Pack (HK) Ltd and Texchem-Pack (Wuxi) Co., Ltd.; Texchem Polymers Sdn Bhd, Texchem-Pack (Bangi) Sdn Bhd, Eye Graphic Sdn Bhd (which wholly owns Eye Graphic (Vietnam) Co., Ltd, Vietnam) and M.A.C Technology (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd.

As a company incorporated in Singapore on 27 August 2003 under the Companies Act as a private limited company, we were later converted into a public company on 10 September 2004. Texchem-Pack Holdings (S) Ltd is also a subsidiary of the public-listed Texchem Resources Berhad.
Our core business is in the design and manufacture of a diverse range of specialized plastic packaging products: thermoformed trays, embosses carrier tapes, extruded sheets and profiles, precision injection moulded products and expanded polystyrene products.
Additionally, we provide an extensive range of important packaging-related services, from design consultation to product development, from prototyping to mould fabrication.
As an integrated technology packaging solutions supplier, we also manufacture raw materials such as compounded polymers and extruded sheets as well as film and flexographic printing plates.
We have more than 10 production facilities strategically located in Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and China so that we can respond to our customers’ needs quickly, keep costs low and ensure prompt delivery.

| 2000 | Incorporation of Eye Graphic (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. |
| 1997 | Texchem-Pack (Thailand) Co., Ltd. was set up in Ayutthaya, Thailand to serve the multinational companies in Thailand. |
| 1996 | Texchem-Pack (Johor) Sdn Bhd. was acquired to serve the Southern region of Peninsula Malaysia as well as Singapore and Batam in Indonesia. |
| 1990 | Incorporation of Eye Graphic Sdn Bhd. |
