History
and Development of our Group
Texchem-Pack group is a subsidiary of
Texchem Resources Bhd.
Texchem Resources Bhd is listed on the
mainboard of
the Kuala Lumpur
Stock Exchange and its
business comprises five
main divisions:
namely, its industrial
division which trades in industrial
chemicals, plastic raw materials, dyestuffs,
textile auxiliaries;
its food division
which engages
in the manufacturing and
processing of food products; its packaging
division which undertakes the manufacturing
of specialised plastic packaging products;
its family care division
which manufactures
family care
products; and its consumers
division which
engages in trading
of consumer
products.
Texchem-Pack group is involved in the
manufacturing of
plastic packaging products
and was established by
Texchem Corporation,
an associated company of
Texchem Resources Bhd., in 1979. In
1995, Texchem Resources Bhd. acquired
Texchem-Pack in order to establish its
new packaging division.

Incorporation of Texchem-Pack (M) Bhd.
Begin operation in 1983 to serve the
MNCs in the Northern and Central regions
of Malaysia
b) Texchem-Pack (Johor) Sdn.
Bhd. 1993
Established to serve the Southern region
of Malaysia, as well as Singapore and
Batam in Indonesia
c) Texchem-Pack (Thailand) Co.,
Ltd. 1997
Established in Ayutthaya, Thailand to
serve the Multinational companies
in Thailand.
d) Texchem-Pack (WUXI) Co.,
Ltd 2002
Established in Wuxi, Jiangsu China to
serve the Multinational companies
in Jiangsu Province and Shanghai
e) Texchem Engineering Plastics
Sdn. Bhd. 1979
Incorporated on 31st, December, 1979.
Started its manufacturing in 1981 at
the heart of the Penang Island Industrial
Area
f) Texchem-Pack (KL) Sdn. Bhd.

Incorporated and started its operation
in 1989
g) Texchem-Pack (Vietnam) Co.,
Ltd. 2002
Incorporated at 2002 & started its
